Tips for Interview Success- Creating the first impression

Its important how you present yourself in front of the interview. The first sentence you speak does matter infront of the interview panel, so let the start of your introduction be appropriate.

Basically, these are the four ways of intoducing oneself:

This is (Your Name)

My name is (Your Name)

I am (Your Name)

Myself (Your Name)

Now, which one, according to you is appropriate?

Lets use some logic here,

Starting with, "This is (Your Name)"- This is (Your Name), in turn is used when you are not being seen, i.e. when you are contacting someone through telephone or something else. When you are known to the person and when he/she is not been able to see you visually, however the latter reason is more appropriate. Since you are in direct vistaul contact with the interview panel, this choice gets eleminated.

The second one to eliminate is "Myself (Your Name)"- We avoid using Myself because whenver you use the 'myself' tag, a certainty or surety factor comes in. You are making the other person assured that you are (Your Name), but assurance is need when a doubt arises, thus it get avoided.

Next is "My name is (Your Name)"- Really no harm with this statement, but I ask you to KISS, hey not to the panelist (then you are gone with the wind) KISS means "Keep it Short and Simple," so the best way to start a conversation and introduce you infront of the interview panel is "I am (Your Name)"

Importance of Student Consolidation Loans- Facts and Myths

What is student loan consolidation?
A lot of students fail to afford their college fee and other tuition fee and expenses related to their education. Under such cases the only way to be in the graduate school is to apply for a loan. However the amount of the loan is fixed, but the expenses increases over time. Thus, at times a student has to deal with multiple loans agencies or financial institutions, which he/she might find it difficult to handle.

Student loan consolidation solves this problem. When you take a student loan consolidation, it simply merges all the loans which you took from multiple loan agencies into one and you have to pay a onetime bill a month. Thus consolidating a loan primarily eases out the problem of dealing with multiple loan institutions.
You have to pay a fixed interest rate for the entire tenure of the month plus you can ask for a high repayment period as much as up to 30 years.

The Federal Direct Student Loan Program allows all students in USA to consolidate their individual Stafford loans, Federal Perkins Loans and Plus loans. The benefit is therefore the longer term for repayment.

The Interest rates for the consolidation loan:
The interest rate is calculated by averaging the individual student loans taken, and is slightly on the higher side. Though it is always less than the highest rate of student loan, it is higher than the lowest rate of student loan too.
Thus we come to the final question:
Whether it is advisable to take a Federal Student Loan Consolidation:
With a Student Consolidation Loan
Given to the benefits of a consolidation loan, there are facts to ponder over. You may not know in the next twenty years, how much the interest rate may increase, so you are always under a presumption in a consolidation loan.
Although there is no fee of consolidating loans, you may be deprived of the incentives which are provided by some companies, like a grace period for repayments or other.

How to Choose the Right Job and a Perfect Career for the Life

Why is it important to choose a job correctly:
Starting from the evaluation of a college major to the interim job opportunities, things are always in a shaky state. A proper career path planning with a motif may lead to a successful job.
These two terms ‘Job’ and ‘career’ may seem to be integrated, yet they have distinct demarcations. In this post, I will be more concentrated on the ‘job’ aspect.
Job is a necessity. The edifice called ‘necessity’ is always held in position by two pillars, one is ‘love’ and the other is ‘money’. Thus job, which is a necessity, is best achieved if you get handsome money plus, the ‘love /like factor’, job likes you and you like the job too.

Governing factors while choosing a job:
At some point of time we may accept a job which we don't like, since it pays us high- In this case money out dos your love/passion for the job.

But, in the very same way, at some point of time we deny a job which promises us to pay higher, since we are already very comfortable with our present job.
Thus the fact of all facts is à Money may be a top priority while choosing a job, but your passion, love and compatibility scale is equally important.

Illustration of the Chart:
This is a simplified chart, explaining the domain of interest and the probable job sectors. You can download this chart, to have a proper view.
Data, People, Ideas and Things are the parameters which combines to form a particular sector of a job group.

People who choose management as a job option are more likely to wok with the parameter 'data' and 'people'.
Similarly scientists fall under the domain of 'ideas' and 'things' while teachers fall under the parametr 'people' only. Thus, I guess this chart gives you a proper idea of choosing your niche in better and efficient ways.
The same chart can help you up with choosing your career and your college major too, provided you relate the 'four parameter' with your stream or subject of study.
Futher, you can shift your focus along any angle 0 degree to 360 degree, accordingly.

Word of Caution:
Choose a job that fits your nature.
Aim higher and always look for new opportunities.
Never enroll in a compnay having poor employee record.
